“Babe” Ruth

Very Best referred to as “Babe” Ruth and nicknamed “the Bambino” and “the Sultan of Swat”
My favorite “Babe” moment was when he hit the first residence run in “Yankee Stadium” on April 18 1923
He hit 714 residence runs throughout his career.
Although every person remembers Ruth as a slugger, it is price noting that he begun his vocation for a pitcher

At baseball‘s Centennial Celebration in 1969, DiMaggio was named the “Finest Dwelling Participant” during the record of the sport.
Even Though to Yankee fans, DiMaggio is a hero, to the team’s management, he was a pain in the neck. DiMaggio disrespected manager Casey Stengel, and frequently sparred with Yankee brass over his salary.

Ty Cobb
